We are a boutique, multi-disciplinary tax and estate planning firm focused on providing value.

Schwartz & Schwartz, a Professional Corporation is a boutique tax and estate planning firm that is unique in providing both tax and estate planning legal services and tax accounting services.

Each of our partners is licensed as both an attorney and a CPA and are routinely requested to serve as a trustee by our clients. We represent families and their closely-held businesses and trusts in all aspects of their "tax lives", with a special emphasis on minimizing tax burdens. As a father-son “team,” we understand family businesses and how there is often very little separation between family and business.

So whether you need a sophisticated estate planning attorney to handle your family’s estate planning, a creative CPA to handle your income tax preparation, or a diligent business tax attorney for your business and investment needs, Schwartz & Schwartz strives to be your “one-stop” tax advisor.
