Rick L. Schwartz, the firm's founder, has been a dually-licensed, practicing attorney and CPA for more than 35 years. He graduated from the California Western School of Law in 1977 after attending the University of California, Los Angeles Law School as a non-matriculating law student, where he was also on Law Review.
Prior to opening his own firm in 1982, Rick worked at various accounting and law firms, including the international accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. Early in his career, Rick taught individual, partnership, corporation, and estate/gift tax courses at California State University at Los Angeles.
A former marathon runner and duplicate Bridge "Life Master", Rick now enjoys bowling and spending time with family.

Daniel C. Schwartz graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2009 and obtained his CPA licensure in 2012. He also graduated from the University of California, Davis with Honors in History in 2005.
Daniel has been published in Valley Lawyer magazine as well as the USC School of Law Interdisciplinary Law Journal. While in law school, he served as the articles editor of the USC Interdisciplinary Law Journal, volunteered for the Small Business Clinic, and was a research assistant for a law school professor who was updating her textbook on Legislation.
Daniel spends most of his free time with his young family and also enjoys hiking, golf, travel, and anything history-related.

Prior to joining the firm in 1999 as an administrator and paraprofessional, Stacey Schwartz graduated from Robert Morris University with a degree in business administration and accounting. Stacey has held management positions with the Shadyside Inn in Pittsburgh and The Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Stacey possesses extensive knowledge of accounting programs, payroll functions, and accounting for individuals, trusts, small businesses, and corporations.
